Return & Refund Policy for MasterKart

Thank you for shopping with MasterKart. We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide photos/videos if requested
  3. Wait for return approval instructions

Approved returns may be picked up by our courier partner or may require self-shipping depending on location and product category.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds may be processed to:

  • Bank account
  • Store credit or wallet balance

Refund processing timelines:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–7 business days

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may qualify for replacement instead of refund based on:

MasterKart reserves the right to offer replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process will apply instead.

MasterKart reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspicious transactions
  • Operational issues

In such cases, eligible refunds will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Wrong product
  • Missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may affect claim eligibility.


Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping may be:
